Rice Bran and Sunflower oils on refining give Wax containing high percentage of oil. This press extracts oil from the wax by developing high Specific Pressure. We manufacture Closed Chamber Presses, The chamber size is 500 X 500 mm, the stack able height of wax pillows is 2000 mm and exerts Specific Pressure of 50 Bar. Thus recovering higher percentage of oil, the residual percentage varies form 14 to 18%. The hydraulic cylinder's capacity is 100 tons. Powered by 3 H.P. electric motor, gear pump, direction control valve (lever optional) and all hydraulic safety elements. The shutter opens and closes by twin hydraulic cylinders. Another type is of multiple daylight having single/twin hydraulic cylinders with 12/16 platens. Power packs are powered by 5/10 H.P. motors respectively. The output for a 24 hours cycle is one ton for 12 daylight & 1.5 tons for 16 DL models.
